— Bottleline Contract Manufacturing
From Formula to Freight.
We Run the Line.
200 units per minute. Six production stages. One partner from mixing tank to sealed pallet — for startups, scaling brands, and private-label retailers.
Formulation &
Development
Your recipe arrives — scribbled on a napkin, locked in a spreadsheet, or handed off by a food scientist. Our R&D team runs bench trials across pH, Brix, viscosity, and shelf stability. We iterate until the formula is production-ready and replicable at scale. Every batch starts here.

Ingredient
Sourcing
We maintain preferred supplier agreements with 40+ ingredient vendors across sweeteners, acids, flavors, functional actives, and carbonation gases. Your BOM is locked against spec sheets. Certificates of Analysis travel with every shipment. Nothing enters the tank without documentation.

Batching &
Blending
Stainless blend tanks hold 5,000 to 20,000 gallon runs. Automated dosing systems hit your formula within specification every time. Temperature-controlled mixing, in-line CIP between SKUs, and continuous QC sampling mean what leaves the tank matches what was approved in the lab.

Filling &
Capping
The line runs at 200 units per minute across glass, PET, and aluminum formats from 8oz to 32oz. Counter-pressure filling for carbonated SKUs, hot-fill capability for juice and RTD tea, and nitrogen flush for extended shelf life. Every cap torqued to spec, every fill volume checked by in-line scales.

Labeling &
Packaging
Shrink-sleeve and pressure-sensitive label application at line speed. Steam tunnel shrink for 360° coverage. Vision inspection rejects any bottle with misaligned, wrinkled, or missing labels before it reaches case packing. Secondary packaging in 4-pack, 6-pack, 12-pack, and 24-pack configurations.

Warehousing &
Logistics
Finished pallets move into 80,000 sq ft of climate-controlled warehouse. Lot tracking through every pallet position. Pick-and-ship for DTC, full truckload staging for retail DCs, and third-party logistics coordination for national distribution. Your product ships when you need it, not when the line has space.

Are You Production Ready?
Most brands lose 60–90 days before their first run because they didn't know what a manufacturer needs before the conversation starts. This guide closes that gap.
- Formula documentation requirements (pH, Brix, viscosity ranges)
- Minimum order quantities by format and fill type
- Label artwork specs and submission timeline
- What co-manufacturing agreements cover — and what they don't
- How to calculate your true landed cost per unit
